MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM FOR ROLLING THUNDER®, INC. 

ALL MEMBERS OF THIS ORGANIZATION MUST BE WILLING TO GIVE THEIR TIME TO HELP FIGHT THE PRISONER OF WAR-MISSING IN ACTION ISSUE WHICH STILL EXISTS. TO HELP PROTECT FUTURE VETERANS FROM BECOMING POW-MIA'S AND TO HELP VETERANS IN NEED FROM ALL WARS.

EVERY MEMBER MUST ABIDE BY THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF ROLLING THUNDER, INC.

IT IS MANDATORY THAT EVERY VETERAN GIVE A COPY OF THEIR DD-214 TO THEIR CHAPTER

ALL APPLICANT'S WHO PASS THEIR 120 DAY TRIAL AND BECOME A FULL MEMBER OF ROLLING THUNDER®, INC. SHALL RECEIVE A MEMBERSHIP BOOT PATCH. DURING THE 120 DAY TRIAL PERIOD, AN APPLICANT MUST ATTEND THREE MEETINGS AND/OR EVENTS. A YEAR FROM RECEIVING YOUR BOOT PATCH YOU WILL RECEIVE THE OTHER 2 PATCHES IF YOU ARE IN GOOD STANDING. MEMBERS MUST BE LOYAL AND COURTEOUS. ALL APPLICANTS SHALL BE GIVEN A CONSTITUTION OF ROLLING THUNDER®, INC

I UNDERSTAND THE SET OF PATCHES ARE THE PROPERTY OF ROLLING THUNDER®, INC. IF MEMBERSHIP IS TERMINATED FOR ANY REASON, I MUST RETURN PATCHES TO ROLLING THUNDER, INC.

IF WE HAVE TO TAKE ANYONE TO COURT TO RETRIEVE OUR PATCHES YOU WILL PAY FOR LEGAL COSTS. LOSS OF PATCHES IS $150.00. COST OF DUES $40.00 PER YEAR, DUE IN FEBRUARY OF EACH YEAR OR WHEN JOINING THE ORGANIZATION. MEMBERS JOINING IN SEPTEMBER WILL HAVE A PAID MEMBERSHIP FOR 16 MONTHS

In exchange for membership and being entrusted with National and/or Chapter patches, the applicant agrees to return them as required by the Constitution and to pay reasonable attorney's fees and expenses in the event legal action is required to obtain their return.

Rolling Thunder®, Inc. relies on volunteers to donate their time to keep it going. If you cannot volunteer your time and attend meetings, please do not sign up for membership into our organization. 

We thank you for considering membership to Rolling Thunder®, Inc. Unless you can donate your time to the issues we cannot accept you as a new member. 

If you cannot be a member, you may attend meetings and events as a non-member.
